Frederique Constant just launched what might be the best smart watch on the market for men, a legitimate Swiss-made watch with a built-in accelerometer for step- and sleep-tracking without having to be charged!

The watch is built in three layers. The dial will be the first, the quartz movement the second and below the movement is the MotionX technology module. This module which is the third layer is equipped with sensors that collect the information from you. Your blood pressure, the number of steps you took and so on. This data can then be transferred to your smartphone or tablet. Why compromise style when it comes to technology?

With central hours and minutes hands, and a “smart” counter at 6. There is a red hand indicating the date at daytime and shows the moon during your sleep. Better sleep and a more active lifestyle are widely recognized as simple, but effective, positive behavioral changes with these functions – perfect for the ultimate metro man. This watch is also water-resistant to 50 meters.

While the Frederique Constant Horological Smartwatch does connect to your smart phone, it can function entirely autonomously with its sensors. It can track your sleep patterns as well as your walking and running activity.

After you have downloaded the App you are almost ready for action. All of these incredible functions will be visible on your smartphone or tablet once you have connected via Bluetooth.
