WEBSITE PRICING
Pricing as it appears on the website is meant as a rough guideline only. Prices may vary depending upon the exact characteristics of the stone, metal type, weight, exchange rates and availability.
DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS
All discounted products are market with a SALE icon. Furthermore, the regular price is shown with a strike-through filter and the new purchase price is showcased in a highlighted pink colour. Products that don’t display these relevant elements are not discounted. All discounts are already applied at checkout. Any discount or promotional price can be changed at any time to our discretion.
VOUCHERS
Vouchers are only redeemable online or at one of our Deonne Le Roux branches. Vouchers may only be used once and only one voucher per purchase will be valid. Any voucher is non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for cash. A voucher is not refundable for product returns i.e. if you return an item on which a voucher was redeemed, we will not be able to issue you with a new voucher. However, if you want to exchange an item, you may be able to do so at the store manager’s discretion without losing the benefit of the voucher. A voucher may not be redeemed on watches or jewellery repairs. Vouchers are only valid for 30 days, voucher cannot be replaced if it has expired.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express Cards or by bank transfer into the Deonne Le Roux bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY
Card transactions will be acquired for Deonne Le Roux via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS
Customer details will be stored by Deonne Le Roux separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
RESPONSIBILITY
Deonne Le Roux Jewellers takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
COUNTRY OF DOMICILE
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Deonne Le Roux Jewellers chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, to be the Republic of South Africa.
