How to enter:

  1. Go to your favourite Deonne Le Roux Jewellers shop in Kolonnade Shopping Centre or Woodlands Boulevard.
  2. Take a photo of your FAVOURITE Nom Nom.
  3. Post it to your page/account/profile on Facebook or Instagram, tagging Déonne le Roux Jewellers and using the hashtag #witheverythinginyou.

  1. To enter the Competition, participants must follow all the instructions as described above.
  2. The competition is open to any person residing in South Africa over the age of 18 years old.
  3. No persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, franchisees, or agents of, or consultants to Deonne le Roux, its marketing service provider(s) utilised in connection with this Competition, any supplier of goods or services in connection with this Competition (including any promotional partners of Deonne le Roux), any other person who directly or indirectly controls, or is controlled by it, or any spouse, life partner, parent, child, brother, sister, business partner or associate of any of such persons, may enter into the Competition.
  4. These Rules may be amended by reasonable notification via Deonne le Roux’s website at any time during the Competition, and will be applied and interpreted by Deonne le Roux and its decision regarding any disputes relating to such meaning and/or content will be final and binding.Participation by the entrants in the Competition constitutes an agreement to abide by these Rules.
  5. The competition ends on midnight, 14 February 2018.
  6. The winner will be chosen with a random lucky draw mechanism and verified.
  7. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  8. The winner will be notified via social media on or before 20 February 2018.
  9. The prize is a R5000 Deonne le Roux Jewellers gift voucher.
  10. The prize may be redeemed against Nom Nom products in Deonne le Roux stores in Woodlands Boulevard and Kolonnade Shopping Centre.
  11. The prize is not exchangeable for cash and no change will be given.
  12. Deonne le Rouxreserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any competition or promotion. In the event where a competition or promotion is cancelled or suspended, all participants or entrants agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against Deonne le Roux, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
  13. The agreement or transaction entered into, or payment made by or under it, would not give rise to any legal relationship, rights, duties or consequences whatsoever, nor will be legally enforceable, nor the subject of litigation, but all such arrangements, agreements and transactions would be binding in honour only.
  14. The prize winner will be notified via social media and information could be published on the Deonne le Roux, Facebook page and participating printed and broadcast media.
  15. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the first attempt to contact the winner, the winner forfeits the prize and Deonne le Roux reserves the right to redistribute or dispose of the prize at its discretion.
  16. Deonne le Roux may, before or after the winner of the Competition has been publicly announced, require that the winner permit the use of his / her image and/or name in its marketing material and/or participate in its marketing activities (including endorsing, promoting and/or advertising Deonne le Roux or any of its associated entities (“the Invitation”). The winner has the right to decline the Invitation. Should the winner fail to decline the Invitation by telephone, e-mail or in writing to Deonne le Roux, within 5 (five) days of being notified that he / she is a winner of the Competition, then such winner shall be deemed to have accepted the Invitation and granted permission and/or agreed to participate in the manner as aforesaid.
  17. To the maximum extent permitted in lawDeonne le Roux or any of its associated entities, respective directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, franchisees, or anyone associated with any of them, including its promotional partners, shall not incur any liability to any person for any injury, loss, claim or damage of any nature whatsoever whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, as a result of entering into, or arising from any cause whatsoever or howsoever arising from their participation in any way in, this Competition or the use of any prize won there under (any such prizes being utilised at the own risk of any winner thereof).
